NOONAN operates within highly regulated environments across multiple sectors. In order to ensure that we continually comply with all the necessary technical and regulatory standards we operate an integrated management system. Our management system ensures all our operational and management processes are embedded within the organisation at all levels and ensures consistency of service and compliance.

As a company, we have detailed and strong processes and procedures to ensure both legislative and technical standard compliance. The areas to which our integrated management processes apply include but are not limited to:

  • Routine and non-routine activities across the group including all support functions;
  • Activities of all those with access to all company  and client sites including subcontractors and visitors;
  • Identifying hazards capable of adversely affecting the health and safety of persons within the workplace including members of the public and client employees;
  • All employee and vendor screening and vetting processes

Compliance is maintained by audits, which are carried out by operations teams, our EHS&Q teams, external auditors and licensing authorities on both an announced and unannounced basis.
